Paul Westermann has accumulated 44 years of engineering experience, commencing with his graduation from Penn State in 1979, where he earned his architectural engineering degree. Following his educational journey, Paul ventured westward, diversifying his engineering expertise across a wide range of projects. His portfolio includes involvement in the construction of hotels, hospitals, schools, commercial and industrial buildings, casinos, telecommunication facilities, and airline facilities.
Over the past two decades, Paul has honed his skills in structural engineering services for solar photovoltaic array projects and has contributed to some of the world’s largest solar installations. At Interactive Resources, Inc., Paul serves as a principal and senior structural engineer, overseeing the structural design process for both roof-mounted and ground-mounted PV arrays. He guides these projects from their initial conception to the successful completion of construction.
Under Paul’s leadership, Interactive Resources, Inc. has become a leading firm in the field of solar array design, thanks to his dedication and expertise in this specialized area of engineering.
Paul is licensed in two dozen states as well as Puerto Rico. He lives in the historic Gold Rush town of Angel’s Camp, California, with his wife Lisa, and son Paul Jr.
