Interactive Resources, Inc. is currently under contract with the County of Mendocino for On-Call Architectural Services. As part of this contract, the firm provided forensic architecture and engineering services for the replacement of existing roofs and HVAC equipment at the Administration and Public Health/Mental Health Facilities in Ukiah, California.
An initial assessment was provided for each facility that evaluated the roof, the HVAC, mechanical and structural systems. Plans and construction documents were prepared for replacing the existing roof and mechanical units. Included in the schematic phase were recommendations for correcting drainage deficiencies, desirable structural improvements and replacing large mechanical units. Cost estimates and bid package were provided for the repair design, and we provided construction administration services on all projects.
“Interactive Resources, Inc. has been highly responsive and professional in developing and completing our projects. I look forward to completing them.”
—Doug Anderson, Mendocino County
