The Judicial Council is the policy-making body of the California courts, the largest court system in the nation. Interactive Resources, Inc. has provided architectural design and engineering (A/E) services under four Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) A/E Services contracts dating back to 2016. We have held two contracts for architectural services, one for roofing and another for structural engineering services.

Services performed include architectural design, seismic analysis/retrofits, structural repairs, mechanical and electrical (MEP) upgrades, forensic investigations, roof assessments and replacements, ADA accessibility improvements and envelope assessments.
