The Fitch Mountain Elementary School was suffering from water damage. The Healdsburg Unified School District retained Interactive Resources to provide forensic architectural and engineering services for the repair design of the extensive water damage at the school campus. Our scope of work included: an existing conditions survey and preparing a schematic design, design development, construction documents, specifications, cost estimate and DSA and agency approval for reconstructing portions of the walls, glazing and roofs to repair leaks.
In addition, the project included the addition of three canopy structures, recladding, and the storefront systems replacement at buildings A2 and D.
