The City of Healdsburg selected Interactive Resources, Inc. to provide a facilities condition assessment to review and evaluate nine active use facilities as part of the City’s long term strategic plan development. These buildings included: the city hall, police station, fire station, community development center, water treatment facility, wastewater treatment facility, Magnolia lift station, senior center, and the corporation yard. The assessments includes architectural, structural, mechanical, HVAC, electrical, plumbing building envelope, roofing and corrective recommendations; budget estimates for the corrective work; an estimated schedule for the completion all recommended corrective work; and a long range facility maintenance plan.
