The Sunnyvale Community Center is located at 550 East Remington Drive in Sunnyvale and includes an Indoor Sports Center, Recreation (Administration) Building, Creative Arts Center and a 200-seat theater. This facility assessment project included various services as required to upgrade or replace mechanical, electrical, plumbing (MEP), roofing components and ADA accessibility upgrades of the Sunnyvale Community Center. A rapid seismic evaluation was also performed of the four buildings. Interactive Resources, Inc. provided an assessment of the four buildings, including roofing and building envelope, and we provided a report of our findings and recommendations for repairs and upgrades.
