Interactive Resources was the project architect contracted as a subconsultant to the prime consultant to BART, Kwan Henmi to investigate water intrusion into BART Train Control rooms from rain. An investigation was conducted and a report was prepared describing our findings, conclusions and recommendations for mitigation measures. We provided contract bid specifications and drawings, and will provide construction administration during construction.

The investigation includes BART facilities at: Balboa Park, Bay Fair, Daly City, Hayward, San Leandro, and South Hayward.
