Interactive Resources was retained by SolarCraft Services to provide structural engineering services for the solar array at the West College Utilities Facilities, Building M located in Santa Rosa, CA. The design services were provided for the attachment of a series of solar arrays to an existing standing seam roof.

Interactive Resources services included the review of “as-built” drawings, and structural engineering services for the attachment / support of the array(s) to the existing roof structures. The attachments were designed to meet the wind load requirements on the array for the site-specific wind speed and in accordance with the provisions of ASCE Method. Wind loads were in the accordance with the provisions of ASCE 7.

The array consists of 334 SunPower 230 W / 120 SunTech 200 W solar panels.
