The Alameda-Contra Costa Transit District (AC Transit) selected Interactive Resources, Inc. to provide comprehensive architectural and engineering services for their Training Education Center that is located at 20234 Mack Street in Hayward, CA. This project is one of many projects that are part of an on-call services contract with AC Transit.

Construction documents were produced for the roof replacement, the installation of new raised skylights, the removal of the parapet obstructing proper roof drainage, and the replacement of non serviceable equipment with new, energy-efficient units. This project extended the useful life of the facility, reduced ongoing maintenance costs, and provided energy savings.
