Interactive Resources was retained by Waldman Management Group, Inc. to design the new interior office improvements on half on the second floor (Suites 210 – 290) of an existing two-story tilt-up office building located at the Crossings at 855 Marina Bay Parkway in Richmond, California. The improvements included architectural, structural, mechanical and electrical design services for three new private offices, a new lobby/foyer, demising wall, kitchenette and a new secondary egress stairwell.
