Alhouse Deaton Management, the owners of the building at the office complex in San Bruno, California desired a new look for the exterior of this two 3-story office building complex, and retained the services of Interactive Resources to prepare construction documents for a complete façade rehabilitation. The project included concrete repair and a new silicone-based coating in order to lighten the color, new window wet seals, new panel joint seals and a metal coping. Interactive Resources also provided construction administration services during construction.
