We are pleased to announce that Interactive Resources, Inc. is now certified by the State of California, Department of General Services (DGS) as a Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise (DVBE). This is in addition to already being certified as a Small Business (SB). The DVBE certification has been achieved by our founder and president, Tom Butt, who is a Vietnam veteran.
We welcome this opportunity because by being a certified SB, we have had the opportunity to submit on several architectural and engineering (A/E) procurements with the state, federal and local municipalities, and being awarded multiple A/E master services contracts. Many times, these procurements are 100% small business (SBE) set aside or may require a certain percentage.
Now, with the new DVBE certification, we will be able to submit on procurements that require DVBE certified firms.
We are also in the process of becoming a federal Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB).
