As part of the campus-wide utility infrastructure project at the College of the Redwoods, Interactive Resources, Inc. is providing architectural design services for the upgrade of the Student Union’s dining area, bookstore, food sales area, and restrooms. Interactive Resources, Inc.’ role in this project is similar to the Applied Technology Building project: Construction Documents for the modification of interior wall systems, the exterior building envelope, and ceilings; new door hardware; new roofing; ADA accessibility improvements and improved exiting system. The project was reviewed and approved by the Division of the State Architect.
