PG&E Stockton Service Center
Pacific Gas and Electric Company
Interactive Resources provided comprehensive architectural design and engineering services for the PG&E Stockton Service Center. The project began in 2007 with voluntary seismic and Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) upgrades to a total of six buildings onsite at the Stockton Service Center in Stockton, California.
The project eventually evolved into a full tenant
improvement project for building one and building two, which included a complete interior demolition, and construction of new interior offices and conference rooms. Building one remodel was completed in June of 2010, and building two remodel was completed earlier this year.
The Stockton Service Center remodel included: the replacement of energy-efficient mechanical and electrical systems, data/communications, fire and security alarm systems, minor structural work, all new interior architectural finishes (new partitions, cubicles, ceilings, carpet tile, painting and doors), kitchen areas/break rooms, new systems furniture designs of conference rooms, private offices, office workstations, meeting/presentation rooms and state-of-the-art audio/visual equipment.
Sustainable design features were incorporated in both buildings and was awarded LEED Silver certification.
